Creator Rules & Responsibilities
Creators are the backbone of Vynzoa. With that role comes responsibility. These rules supplement our Community Guidelines with creator-specific standards around monetization, disclosure, and audience trust.
Last updated: February 20261. Content Originality
- All content you upload must be your original work or properly licensed material.
- Re-uploading another creator's content without permission or transformation is not allowed.
- Compilations, reactions, and commentary must add meaningful original value and comply with fair use principles.
- AI-generated content must be clearly labeled as such in the video description.
2. Monetization Standards
Creators who monetize through ads, tips, subscriptions, or Vynzoa Shop must:
- Be in good standing. Accounts with active strikes may have monetization paused.
- Follow advertiser-safe guidelines. Monetized content must meet our Advertiser Safety Standards.
- Disclose sponsorships. Paid promotions, brand deals, and sponsored content must be clearly disclosed using our built-in paid promotion label.
- Accurate product listings. Shop products must match their descriptions. Misleading listings will be removed.
- No manipulation. Buying views, engagement, or subscribers to meet monetization thresholds is grounds for permanent monetization removal.
3. Audience Responsibility
- Age-appropriate content. Use the age-restriction setting for content not suitable for younger audiences.
- Content warnings. Add content warnings for material involving sensitive topics (medical procedures, war footage, discussions of trauma).
- Accurate metadata. Titles, descriptions, and thumbnails must honestly represent what your video contains. Clickbait that misleads viewers will result in reduced distribution.
4. Community Interaction
- Moderate your spaces. Creators are responsible for setting the tone in their comments, live chats, and community posts. We provide tools to help.
- Respond to reports. If a viewer reports a concern about your content, take it seriously.
- No weaponizing your audience. Directing your audience to harass, mass-report, or brigade another user is a serious violation.
5. Data and Privacy
- Do not share another person's private information in your content without their consent.
- If you collect viewer data through external links or services, you must comply with applicable privacy laws.
- Do not use analytics data to identify, target, or harass individual viewers.
6. Account Standing
Your account standing is determined by:
- Active strikes. Each violation adds a strike. Strikes expire after 90 days if no new violations occur.
- Community standing score. Combines your engagement quality, report frequency, and content compliance history.
- Monetization eligibility. Requires zero active strikes and good standing for the past 30 days.
You can view your full enforcement history and account standing at any time from your Creator Dashboard under Account Health.
