- Your full legal name, address, and contact information.
- The URL of the removed content.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or any judicial district in which Vynzoa may be found for international users).

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10â14 business days, the content may be restored.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Vynzoa maintains a strict repeat infringer policy:
- First DMCA strike: Content removed + warning. Creator retains full access.
- Second DMCA strike: Content removed + copyright strike. Monetization may be paused.
- Third DMCA strike: Account is subject to temporary suspension or permanent termination.
DMCA strikes expire after 90 days if no further infringement occurs. Successful counter-notifications remove the associated strike.
Fair Use Considerations
Vynzoa recognizes that certain uses of copyrighted material may qualify as fair use. We consider the following factors when reviewing claims:
- Purpose: Transformative works (commentary, criticism, parody, education) are more likely fair use.
- Nature: Using factual content is more defensible than creative content.
- Amount: Using small portions rather than the entire work favors fair use.
- Market effect: If the use doesn't substitute for the original work's market, it favors fair use.
Content Identification
Vynzoa is building automated content identification systems to help rights holders manage their content at scale:
- Audio fingerprinting: Detects copyrighted music in uploads.
- Visual matching: Identifies re-uploaded or clipped video content.
- Rights holder options: Rights holders can choose to block, monitor, or monetize matching content.
