Appeals System
Every enforcement decision can be challenged. Our appeals process is transparent, human-reviewed, and designed to correct mistakes quickly.
Last updated: February 2026Your Right to Appeal
If you believe a moderation decision was incorrect, you have the right to appeal within 30 days of the enforcement action. Every appeal is reviewed by a different moderator than the one who made the original decision.
- Appeals are available for: content removals, strikes, suspensions, and bans.
- You can submit one appeal per enforcement action.
- Your content remains removed during the review unless reinstated.
- No further enforcement is taken on the specific case while the appeal is open.
How to Submit an Appeal
1 Go to your Creator Dashboard â Enforcement History
â2 Locate the action you want to appeal
â3 Click "Appeal" and provide your explanation
â4 Submit â you'll receive a confirmation with a case ID
What Makes a Strong Appeal
- Context: Explain how the content was used and why it doesn't violate the cited policy.
- Evidence: Provide links, screenshots, or documentation supporting your position.
- Specificity: Reference the specific policy you believe was misapplied.
- Professionalism: Appeals reviewed by humans â clear, respectful communication helps.
Review Process
- Independent review: A different moderator handles every appeal â never the original reviewer.
- Full context review: The reviewer examines the original content, user report (if any), and the policy cited.
- Escalation path: Complex or borderline cases are escalated to senior Trust & Safety leadership.
- No retaliation: Submitting an appeal will never result in additional enforcement.
Timelines
| Stage | Timeline |

Possible Outcomes
- Upheld: The original decision stands. The reason is explained in the response.
- Overturned: The enforcement action is reversed. Content is reinstated, strikes are removed, and standing is updated.
- Modified: The severity may be changed (e.g., strike downgraded to warning).
After the Appeal
If your appeal is denied and you still believe the decision is wrong, you may contact our Trust & Safety team directly at trust@vynzoa.com for a final review. This final review is conducted by senior leadership and is the last step in our process.
Abuse of the appeals system â such as submitting frivolous or threatening appeals â may result in appeals privileges being suspended temporarily.
