Community Guidelines

These guidelines apply to every person on Vynzoa — viewers, creators, and advertisers. They exist to keep our platform safe, respectful, and creative. Violating them results in enforcement actions outlined in our Enforcement Framework.

Last updated: February 2026

1. Respect Everyone

Vynzoa is a global platform. Treat others the way you want to be treated. We do not tolerate:

  • Harassment and bullying. Targeting individuals with repeated unwanted contact, threats, or intimidation.
  • Hate speech. Content that promotes violence or hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or immigration status.
  • Threats and incitement. Explicit or implied threats of violence, or content that encourages others to commit violence.
  • Doxxing. Sharing someone's private information (home address, phone number, workplace) without their consent.

2. Keep Content Safe

  • No sexually explicit content. Nudity and pornography are not permitted. Educational or artistic content involving the human body must be clearly framed as such.
  • No graphic violence. Content depicting real-world violence for shock value is removed. Documentaries and news coverage with educational context may be age-restricted instead.
  • No content involving minors in unsafe contexts. Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
  • Self-harm and suicide. Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide is not allowed. We provide crisis resources when these topics are detected.

3. Be Honest

  • No spam or manipulation. Artificially inflating views, likes, or subscribers through bots, purchased engagement, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
  • No impersonation. Pretending to be another person, brand, or organization in a misleading way.
  • No misinformation. Content that makes verifiably false claims about public health, elections, or ongoing crises — particularly when it could cause real-world harm.
  • No scams or fraud. Deceptive practices designed to steal money, credentials, or personal information from others.

4. Follow the Law

  • No illegal activity. Content that promotes, instructs, or facilitates illegal activity (drug sales, weapons trafficking, hacking services).
  • No copyright infringement. Do not upload content you don't have the right to share. See our Copyright & IP policy.
  • No regulated goods. Sales of firearms, drugs, tobacco, or other controlled substances are not permitted through Vynzoa or Vynzoa Shop.

5. Respect the Platform

  • No system abuse. Attempting to exploit bugs, bypass moderation filters, or manipulate recommendation systems.
  • No coordinated attacks. Organizing raids, mass-reporting, or brigade-style harassment against other users.
  • No misleading metadata. Titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and tags must accurately represent your content.

What Happens If You Violate These Guidelines

We use a graduated enforcement system:

Warning

First-time or minor violations. The content may be removed and you'll receive a notice explaining what happened.

Strike

Repeated or more serious violations. Strikes affect your account standing and may limit features.

Suspension

Three active strikes result in temporary suspension. Upload, comment, and live-stream access is restricted.

Permanent Ban

Severe violations (child safety, terrorism, real-world violence threats) result in immediate permanent removal.

See the full details in our Enforcement Framework.

Appeals. If you believe a decision was wrong, you can appeal within 30 days. See our Appeals System for details.
